Shipping & Refund Information for  Crookabeck Farm

Please see below for the shipping information for each department of our site. Please note that postage for our Angora Goats and Mohair department is different from the Herdwick Sheep. We will of course combine postage costs where appropriate. If you have any queries when ordering then please just contact us.

Shipping for Angora Goats and Mohair

Postage for all products in the UK is £5.00 per order.

Shipping for Herdwick Sheep and Wool

Postage for all products in the UK is £5.00 per order.

Postage For all products overseas is £20.00 per order.

We aim to deliver by return of post but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We do not split deliveries.

Refunds Policy

Please note that when buying online you have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned and once we have received your returned items (if dispatched). Items should be returned to the address below.
