Refund Policy

Please note that when buying online you have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned and once we have received your returned items (if dispatched). Items should be returned to the address below in the original packaging. Socks must be unworn.

Shipping Information

Please see below for the shipping information for each department of our site. We will ship all goods for one order in one package. We will of course combine postage costs where appropriate. We aim to dispatch goods within 5 working days of receipt of your order by first class mail. If we have sold out of your chosen item we will contact you directly with an expected delivery date. If this is unacceptable you are free to reselect or cancel your ordrer. If you have any queries when ordering then please just contact us.
